Here at Advanced Fitness we are passionate about supporting women as they go through the various stages of life and face the challenges that come with this.

Jane loves to empower women to improve their overall health and achieve their goals no matter how big or small, so they can thrive and create the life they'd love to live. A passion of Jane's is helping women through the menopause transition and beyond. She is with you every step of the way and understands what you are going though. She is also on this path in her life.

This is a journey all women will go through. Often we need to alter what and when we eat or how we exercise, because what we are use to doing doesn't work anymore.  Jane can help you set yourself up for how you want to live, for all those exciting years ahead of you.  She will help you find the best way to manage your peri and post menopause, using various assessments tools. For example Cell blueprint or epigenetic profiling. Then she will help you mitigate the chaos fluctuating hormones can cause, with adjustments to your exercise, nutrition, sleep and recovery so you can thrive.

In all areas the approach is a holistic one to well-being. The focus is on four key pillars of health - movement, sleep, nutrition and stress reduction.


Often it is the small lifestyles changes that can make the biggest difference to your health and mojo.
